Heather is our Art Director and graphic design guru. She brings all of our concepts to life visually in a way that inspires people to read more, learn more, and do more. We think it’s her advertising and marketing background that makes her work so effective. But then again, it could be her deep knowledge of employee behavior gained through years as the global design lead for a major HR consulting firm. Whichever it is… it works.

As the past leader of Aon Hewitt’s Communication practice and North American EVP “guru”, Julie brings extensive experience defining the employer/employee relationship and building internal brand for many well-known Fortune 500 companies. Hailing from Austin, Texas, she also does double-duty, acting as our US market advisor and leading US-based initiatives. Dany is our French market consultant, offering full consulting services for our clients with French-speaking employees. He brings with him years of consulting experience with both Aon Hewitt and Willis Towers Watson and is now offering his HR communication expertise in the Quebec market.
