When SABMiller started up in Canada, they had one big challenge — to onboard and engage a new sales team and hit the ground running on day one. This was a unique opportunity to make connections on a big scale. KMC worked closely with the SABMiller team to build a comprehensive, multi-week on-boarding program to connect the new team with all aspects of the business — the brands, products, sales approach, supply chain, legislative environment AND the rest of the sales team.
